– Students should be in their seats prior to the 8:00 A.M. bell.
– Memory: Daily memory assignments will take place each morning on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
– All work must be handed in, COMPLETED, before school starts each morning.
Late Work:
– Students will have one day to complete any late work. The grade on this assignment will be lowered one grade.
– Any paper that is turned in after one day will be counted as a zero.
– Missing Work (due to illness): Students will have 2 full days to complete missing assignments if they are absent because of an illness.
Example:
Sick Monday————————————————All work due Wednesday morning
Sick Tuesday————————————————All work due Thursday morning
Sick Wednesday——————————————–All work due Friday morning
Sick Thursday and Friday———————————All work due Monday morning
Prolonged illness of a student will be handled by parents, student, and teacher to come up with a legitimate time of completion for all missing work.

-We will use good manners, saying “please,” “thank you,” and “excuse me” and allow others to go first.
– We will cheer each other to success.
-We will help one another whenever possible.
– We will recognize every effort and applaud it.
– We will encourage each other to do our best.
-We will practice virtuous living, using the Life Principles.
Any behavioral or academic problems will be handled within our classroom. If situations do persist, then I will be in contact with parents to help correct the situation as easily as possible. Pink slips can be given after three incidents have occurred in one week. Incidents can be behavioral or academic and can be given by any faculty member.
-Step 1: Verbal warning

-Step 3: Contact parent at home or work
It is going to take a bit of time for students to get acquainted with routines and procedures, but let me assure you that it will get easier for them. Please feel free to contact me and set up a time for us to sit down and discuss any situation, or feel free to email me, too. Email has really worked well for me in the past because I check it daily. Please, don’t hesitate to contact me if you have ANY concerns.
